All oils should be:
- natural (cold-pressed),
- free of added fragrances and alcohol,
- tailored to your skin type.
Universal oils (for all skin types):
- Jojoba oil - most similar to human sebum, does not clog pores
- Squalane (from olives) - light, non-comedogenic, ideal for daily massages
- Almond oil - moisturizes well, especially for dry and sensitive skin
For dry skin:
- Avocado oil
- Wheat germ oil
- Shea butter (slightly heated, in liquid form)
For oily and problematic skin:
- Grape seed oil
- Tea tree oil (1 drop added to the base oil)
- Black cumin oil (in a small amount, as an additive)
For anti-aging effect:
- Rosehip oil (skin regeneration)
- Argan oil (firming and nourishing)
- Evening primrose oil (smoothing and elasticity)
Important: before using for the first time, do an allergy test - apply a drop of the oil to your wrist and check your skin's reaction after 30 minutes.
Recommendations for other courses:
Preparation - apply the oil to the entire face:
- Massage only clean skin (washed + toned).
- Warm the oil in your hands before applying - warm oil absorbs better.
- It is best to massage while sitting or standing in front of a mirror, in a relaxed position.
During the massage:
- Movements should be gentle and smooth.
- Avoid areas with irritation and blemishes.
- Work along the massage line: from the center of the face toward the outer edges.
- Do not massage βdryβ - there must always be a glide.
After the massage:
- You can remove excess oil with a tissue or leave it overnight.
- After the massage, it is a good idea to use a myostimulator or roller (optional).
- For additional effect, you can apply a mask (e.g. in a sheet).
